Entrepreneur Bootcamp Now Available in Fall and Spring in Two San Diego County Locations!

The Urban Poverty Business Initiative (UPBI) is a collaboration among a growing set of universities and nonprofits designed to help entrepreneurs from low-income, disadvantaged, and otherwise adverse circumstances. In local partnership with San Diego State University, UC San Diego, CSU San Marcos, and SCORE, there are now two opportunities to join a cohort in San Diego County—every September in South County and every February in North County. Their purpose is to give you the tools you need to start and grow sustainable businesses of your own.


In local partnership with San Diego State University, UC San Diego, CSU San Marcos, and SCORE, UPBI presents two cohorts in San Diego starting every September in South County and February in North County.

Description

  • 6-week Learning Structure: you will participate in a 6-week workshop led by various industry professionals.

  • Professional Mentorship: you will get a professional mentor from SCORE San Diego to advise you.

  • Consultant Assistance: you can receive 1-on-1 help catered to your needs from a student out of a local university.
